Ebony Johnson, MS, CCC-SLP
Founder, Speech Language Pathologist
Ebony Johnson, M.S., CCC-SLP, is the Founder of Magnolia Speech Therapy, a pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving families across Middle Tennessee. With over 17 years of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology—and as a mother of two children with ADHD—Ebony brings both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to every family she serves.
Ebony founded Magnolia after witnessing how many families—especially those navigating developmental differences—felt rushed, misunderstood, or unsupported within traditional therapy systems. She envisioned a clinic that felt different: one where children are honored for their individuality, families are treated as true partners, and therapy is rooted in connection rather than compliance.
She believes therapy should be human first—grounded in dignity, trust, and respect—and that belief continues to guide everything Magnolia does.
